With our Upcycle Kitchen, we will take fresh produce and other raw ingredients donated by urban farmers, restaurants, grocery stores, etc and prepare soups and casseroles that are oven-ready for our recipient organizations. We are currently undergoing renovations and hope to be fully operating by August 2023.
