The heart behind it all, Stephanie began Food Rescue in 2016 after witnessing how much waste was occurring at her job. Ever since, she’s been spearheading the growth of ICT Food Rescue and believes this is just the beginning for Food Recovery in Wichita.

Our foot-soldier and woman-in-the-field; whether that’s visiting a restaurant 5 times to catch their manager, reaching out to prospective donors on a whim, or handling donation logistics, Amanda is the queen of serving efficiency and building capacity between our agencies.
